Alcohol and caffeine cause dehydration. Alcohol acutally dehydrates your blood. In order for your body’s nourishment system to work, toxins must be purged. The normal suggestion of 8 glasses of water every day is not adequate to detox. A few hours after lunch drink vegetable juice made with carrots, beets, cucumber, celery, parsley and spinach. If it’s accessible, wheat grass juice is a superior cleanser and nourisher. At dinner, prepare a brothy soup with a low amount of meat or tofu, along with noodles or rice. Make the stock from real vegetables, not from a mix or can.
