Windows PC’s or other PC’s have had a extensive tradition of not performing satisfactorily after a while and that continues getting worser and worser. It can be experienced in several ways. PC boot times that drag, login that rarely happens, software failing, blue screens and internet pages that never shows up. This happens to almost all pc’s during their life span. And yes, it may happen for your PC.

Trying to resolve a slow computer manually from time to time could be incredible annoying and is not always highly recommended. Notebook maintenance is trouble-free if you have a good idea about what you need to try. So be 100% sober before you start rolling!! Firstly recognize the problem or the many problems which is producing slow pc to decelerate.

There are many simple and economical ways to speed up a slow pc and there is also software programs that can handle the job. The fix to your slow computer will be distinct depending on your os aka windows version and computer software installed. Try searching Google and other search engines for this topic of slow computer’s but also take a look at my list. This is a short list that i created that could be used as a starting beginners guide. Thus, here is my file of general topics:

Verify that there is at the very least a few hundred MB’s of hard drive space avaiable. Use a disk defragmentation software or something like that to help ensure that there is nothing physically wrong with your harddisk. Remove or disable any applications that you do not use. Be cautious not do disableessentialsoftware. Make sure you have all the most recent Windows files installed in the pC. Also sometimes a faster browser can optimize a slow laptop. Try eg. Mozilla Firefox that seem to use fewer ressources on the Computer. Also a backup of your PC is a great idea before you start optimizing your PC.

These are the most often seen factors for a slow pc. However, they reasons are not sorted in any exact order of importance. Straight away your computer can runfasterand not be as sluggish as before. Luckily there is something you can do to repair a slow and irritating pc.

I was searching for a versatile and free service and encountered PayPal which seems to fit that description. I wanted to remit some cash over to my girlfriend who was then working overseas as a volunteer. Upon registering I was told through the helpline for Paypal that this would cost me nothing so long she had a Paypal account. This is not to be the case. Compared to those conventional banking service providers such as Western Union Paypal fees is significantly decent what got me mad was the fact that the company really charges a fee I was repeatedly assured that it is a free service if I had got wiser sooner I would have made sure she departed the country with sufficient cash rather than using the misleading PayPal service to transfer cash. Soon after working out the Paypal transfer another issue moved in. She had fallen and hurt an ankle whilst over there and the insurance company were not going to cover her medical charges so she was literally sat in agony with a broken ankle because we couldn’t afford the £4500 up- front required for the x-rays painkillers treatment and crutches. Cash was tough during that time and I didn’t have that kind of money. I called up the insurance provider directly to see the reason they would not cover for the expenditures caught and they said that the policy she had taken out which was supposed to be the best would only cover her on condition that she suffered an injury during at work and as she had injured herself during recreational time she was not protected. I remembered the phone discussion she had with the insurance agent upon taking out her subscription. My partner was acutely systematic and had an extended list of questions that she requested before taking out their product one of these questions was making sure that she was covered both whilst she was working and also in her own time to which they said she was. I skimed through her personal note book and came across a page titles ‘new insurance’ she must have written every bits of details here. Sure enough, there was a name a date and a time of the phone-call. I rang the insurance agency soon and fedback these details and requested them to verify their call recordings at once. The insurance company was decent enough to ring back shortly and accepted certain facts were misquoted but she would be accorded to coverage at their cost. My aim for this posting is to emphasize on the significance of organization if not for her action of maintaining logs on whom she spoke to and what they spoke about I would be literally helpless.

Low standard flash packages will break any imaginative online publication. In fact, picking out a software supplier is the most essential part of producing an online publication. And they do so much more than merely help you put your content into a nice format.

A low standard online catalog software package can break even the most imaginative electronic magazine. Once you’ve chosen to make an online publication the key next call is to pick out your software supplier. It’s not a trite matter of merely picking a nice format for your creation – quite the contrary, this decision is essential as it may well make or break your venture.

Out of the characteristics you should liik into closely, simplicity of use is the most important. If you can’t make the software work it doesn’t make any difference how great it is hyped to be. Your electronic catalog should matter enough to you that you test out several providers.

In making an online catalog you also have to maintain awareness of the menace posed by hackers and spammers. How is your endeavour secured? What about the content? What security has been put in place to stop people copy-pasting your content? Has a business strategy been created? Whatever marketing strategy you go for, you’ll need to ponder such matters — maybe not for every single publication but rather for the business in its entirety. How will the business use networking media? How are you dealing with adverts? Contemporary marketing means thinking about search engine demands when editing content. How about mixing free content and paid? You need to consider subscription possibilities after you’ve put together the catalog. The nature of your content, as well – is it monetized in any way? Will you be using teasers to sell this magazine? What’s the availability of your ebrochure? Will it be private: in which case you can look into many hosting options or will it be public? If public you should probably host directly. What’ll you be doing with back-isues?

Technical support is a large consideration in the choice of host. Can you call in or email anyone with questions? What about their response time? How is their FAQ page? Don’t wait until you have an emergency before checking to check out the level of tech-support.

Your interactive catalog’s profit, after you’ve launched it, is decided by the choice of e-publishing software vendor. Consider this choice if you want success.

It's distressingly simple to spoil even the most creative electronic magazine, even after putting all your effort into it, if you have a bad choice of digital magazine package. When you're determined to produce an online publication the most important decision is to select your software vendor. This isn't about merely formatting your ezine nicely - on the contrary, this decision is serious because it can well mean the difference between success of failure for your overall venture.

To produce online publications is a lot of effort, therefore it would be a shame to spoil all that with the wrong online newsletter software package. The biggest part of producing an online newspaper is picking out your software provider. Setting the format for your brochure is simply a small section of their work.

Amongst the characteristics you should examine closely, simple usability is the most important. If you can’t run the software it doesn’t matter how great it is hyped to be! Make sure to test multiple packages before you pick a provider for your ezine. Because spamming and hacking is an online issue, security should be your second main concern as you’re making an online edition. Consider what protection is available for your ebrochure. What about the content? Does the package vendor have anything which keeps the general public from merely copying and pasting the subject? Once you’ve produced an interactive magazine it’s time to outline a business plan. Where is the role of non-traditional media in it? Advertising ought to be covered. Not all of these things are completely required for every publication, but you’ll certainly need one that complements your business model. Thinking about search engines can also be essential when considering how to market this ezine. Will you combine free content and paid? Think about offering a variety of subscriptions. Will you be monetizing the content in any way? What about providing teasers to sell your magazine? What’s the accessibility of the e-brochure? If it’ll be private you can investigate many hosting possibilities or will it be public? You should host directly. And what will you do about back-isues? Tech-support offered by your vendor should form the last consideration. Is it emergency only technical support? Be certain of their response time! How is the FAQ page? These considerations might seem minor now, however in the event of an emergency, you’ll be glad you thought about this ahead of time. You set the achievement of your e-publication by opting for the best software package provider. Choose thoughtfully, and you’ll be rewarded well.

Damages to Windows registry caused by registry cleaner:

The biggest disadvantage of Registry Cleaners is their weak distinction feature. Some Registry Cleaners fail to rate severity of errors and those succeeded erroneously categorized errors as critical without giving proper reason of categorization.

What are the limitations of Registry Cleaners?

Most importantly, security critics claim that there is no authentic method to determine if third party software contains a valid key or contains useless information.

Weakly developed registry cleaners may certainly not identify whether a particular key is still in use by Windows or what dire consequences it may have on being removed.

Get a proven and trusted Registry Cleaner so you will avoid the disadvantages and instead get a fast computer

This has given rise to instances like system instability and/or loss of functionality, and subsequently, the release of application compatibility updates by Microsoft for blocking the registry cleaners causing problems.

Registry Cleaners fail to redeem scenarios like undeletable registry keys that occurred due to insertion of null characters in their names. However, there are few specialized tools available in the market, like RegDelNull utility and Sysinternals (now Microsoft), which could redeem such kinds of scenarios.

Capability of Recovery:

Registry Cleaner could not repair those Registry hives which couldnt be mounted by the system.

However, there are several ways supported by Microsoft to repair a corrupt Registry. For example Automated System Recovery feature of Windows XP wherein last Known Good boot menu is achieved by using System Restore or by running setup.

Malware elimination:

Nevertheless, it can recover a corrupt registry in numerous ways backed by Microsoft; for example, Automated System Recovery, from a Last Known Good configuration, by enabling the setup to re-run or by deploying System Restore.

Registry Cleaners could not remove Registry entries associated with a rootkit because this rootkit hide the information from other processes.

A specialized tool is needed to compare the results of Registry APIs with the raw underlying Registry storage.

Virtualization of application:

Registry Cleaners could not remove those Registry entries which are written for a virtualized application.

Picking out the most suitable domain and pinning down the best Web registration are the initial things to look at when you are establishing a site. Mind you, this is not a painless process. Long story short, the most dependable way to ensure that your requirements are fulfilled is to carry out some pain-staking basic research. When you are reading domain hosting reviews, how to know what precisely is useful info and what isn’t? Don’t make any decisions until you have decided the features that are most important to your market. Many businesses have their Web pages hosted by the same company they utilize to register their domain. Keep in mind, though, that after your site has been launched, issues such as client support may well become exceedingly important. Any customer review published on that hosting company’s site is not wise sensible to go on. In order to define the best Web registration for you, it’s important that you get an unprejudiced opinion. Take the time to evaluate various domain hosting review sites paying attention to what each reviewer has to offer. Exactly what are the common problems? What are the company’s weaknesses? Do good reviews outbalance the negative reviews?

As with any provider, you’ll discover both bad and good comments. Keep an open mind and read all the information you can. Of course, the cost has to be considered, but think about what extras are offered for the price. To help you in making a selection we’ve included various questions you should think over. Does the company you are researching have round the clock customer support with a toll-free telephone line, and do the remarks show that they reply quickly? What sort of network uptime will they commit to? Do they promise that it’s >99%? How much bandwidth will you be good for? It is possible to negotiate a deal featuring unlimited hosting and bandwidth, along with all sorts of other perks.

What type of payment options are extended? Can each payment be cleared on an individual basis or is there a less time consuming alternative, and are weekly payments an option? What is the procedure if the server goes down? In the long run this is up to you, but before you decide, do what makes sense and do cover all that indispensable fact finding efforts, so do dot all the i’s. Taking a look at a few domain hosting reviews will give you the chance of saving tons of time and money later on.

Yet another enticement from Google, this time an easy way of browsing, christened ‘Browse By Name’. What this essentially means is when you type a name in address bar, say GM, and hit ‘Enter’, you’ll either be taken directly to the website that best matches the name you entered, or be presented with Google search results in which the name entered will figure in the search box. When I typed ‘GM’ in the address bar and hit ‘Enter’, I was taken to General Motors’ corporate website.

On the other hand, when I did the same experiment with ‘FelexCrafts’ (my other site that sells Indian art paintings), which for Google is a very obscure entity, I was promptly taken to Google search results for the term ‘Felexcrafts’. Similarly, when I tried the term ‘vanity bags’ in IE address bar, Google again came up with search results for the term, since there obviously wasn’t any notable website related to vanity bags.

Browsing, rather searching, now becomes pretty fast and easy with ‘Browse By Name’. There is however a small catch. Not all IE browsers will automatically allow this feature. Those that have Google Toolbar installed will be able to avail of this new feature. If you’re a Firefox fan, there’s no need for worry since ‘Browse By Name’ functionality is already built in Firefox. ‘Browse By Name’ remains disabled if you type a full valid url in the address bar, for example www.felexcrafts.com,. This appears logical since typing full url conveys that you know exactly where you want to go.

In perspective, installing Google toolbar is becoming a necessity, if not imperative. Partaking of bits and pieces of Google’s wares may after all prove a good tonic for web presence. For detail on ‘Browse By Name’, click here.

In your search for just the right bandwidth for your business application(s) there will be much to consider. Budget and reliability being the two primary decision factors. With these in mind you need to consider a fractional t1 line. Why not get all the advantages of T1 even if you are not able to pay for a full T1?

For many people the biggest factors in their decision is reliability and if reliability is critical to the applications you run over your connection you should seriously consider replacing your DSL connection with a fractional T1. DSL is a quick and cost effective method of acquiring high speed bandwidth however it is not intended to support commercial applications or large numbers of users as are T1 connections.

One drawback to fractional T1 service is the price. Even though you won’t have a full T1 you will be paying quite a bit more than you did for your DSL connection. This is due to the structure of T1 pricing. A T1 connection is established by providing a “loop” or wire from the user’s premises to the CO where the service provider has equipment. Part of the cost of a T1 is the “loop charge” or the monthly rental fee for the wire that is rented from the local phone company. Once the connection reaches the CO it can access the carriers network and reach any destination. This loop is paid in full whether you use a fraction of the available bandwidth or the full 1.5Mbps and therefore your price for a 768Kbps fractional T1 connection will never be half the price of a 1.5mbps full T1 connection.

Although the price reduction is not what you might expect it to be, this may put a T1 in your budget and be a great way to get dedicated service into your building. Once you have fractional service upgrading to full service whenever you wish is easy. Fractional service typically comes in 256Kbps increments from 256Kbps all the way to a full T1 at 1.5Mbps. Find the service that’s right for you, but if you are supporting critical services think reliability. Reliability becomes critical when customers or employees depend on your connection for immediate responses. If your customers use your connection to access your databases or your server or the internet then reliability of your connection is critical. If your employees depend on your connections because you host the e-mail server in house or host web servers or ASP type products, your connections is considered critical. A critical connection can be viewed much like a lifeline, without which your business would be negatively impacted.

The message is clear. You can indeed upgrade from a business DSL and get the reliability and functionality of a T1 line without the price. This decision can be done smartly…and cost effectively….via choice of a fractional T1.

Would you buy meat from a grocery store that left the bad meat in with the good meat or wasn’t clean? Would you buy a car from a sales lot that had totaled automobiles on the front lot? I wouldn’t and neither would you. Your website is your grocery store; your car lot. You must have an atmosphere that is pleasing to buyers. One that tells that buyer that you are not an amateur, but instead a trained, seasoned professional. Your site is a direct reflection of your product and that is why that having a well designed website can make or break your sales.

The first thing to keep in mind when designing your website, is “surfability”. Take a few minutes a look around at several web pages. What makes them appealing? Where they’re some that you closed out of immediately? Why? Take notes and do your research. Keep in mind that when a person visits your site they have a goal in mind. They are either seeking information or shopping for a product. Give the person what they want without having to search for it. Be sure that all the information on your site is relevant to your product. Make the buyer think that they need your product to solve their problem.

Your main page serves a very specific purpose. It should be an avenue by which the customer can shop your site. It should be easy to view and load very quickly. This is your first impression and we all know that first impressions can either close the deal or loose the deal. Make it simple. It is best to have links that are easily viewable by the reader that will navigate them to where they want to be. Tables are often a great choice when deciding on a way to design the main page of your site. Your main page should load very quickly, chances are if it takes the page more than ten seconds to load even on a 56k modem, the customer will click away to save time, hoping to find the information or product elsewhere. To increase the loading speed of your main page you should avoid large graphics or excessive graphics. Too many banners or special effects can cause a page to load slowly as well.

To make your web site more appealing to the eyes, you should stick to mild colors. If your site is a content site where the user will be doing a lot of reading, it is best to stick to black and white. Color can be added when using tables, as a way to brighten up the page, but remember to keep the overall look of the page professional and appealing to the audience that will be visiting most often. Since screen resolutions vary among monitors, it is a good idea to set the pixels to a standard 800×600. You may also choose to set the tables in your web page to span a percentage of the page rather than a set number of inches. This will be sure to accommodate all screen sizes. You should remember that a lot of Internet users will not use the same browser as you, and therefore you should be sure that your site looks as good on other browsers as it does your own. You can do this by downloading several browsers through which to look at your page.

Be aware of the fact that the overall look of your website is a way to make money. The appearance of the site, if designed properly, can be an excellent marketing strategy for your product or service.

If you are like me your e-mail was jammed during the “Butterfly Marketing” promotion. I have been following Mike for quite awhile and he is a fantastic marketer. But it does seem to be kind of a stretch for most list owners to have been pushing such an EXPENSIVE product. $997.00 isn’t just a drop in the bucket for most of us.

But, I really appreciate the fact that I got to watch it reach this point. See I first heard about this program almost 8 months ago. It crept into his emails and other sites here and there. He mentioned it in his speaking engagements and even taught it to a select few.

And it started creating a little buzz. Everybody was wondering what this thing could be that he was so pumped on getting just right for the world to see.

So here we are 8 months later and every body that is anybody is pushing “Butterfly Marketing.” I tried a few times on the first day to go to his site. And guess what? He didn’t have enough band width. And I am sure that he was setup at the max his host could give. He created a buying frenzy on a product that he is charging almost $1000.00 for.

He sold over 1000 copies by 5:00 pm and it started at noon. So if we look at that he grossed $997,000.00 in 5 hours. But he had to pay his affiliates their commission and pay for the production of the package. So lets just say that he got to keep 40%. Well, $398,800.00 isn’t bad either for 5 hours worth of sales.

Now that isn’t really fare to say because like I said earlier “Butterfly Marketing” has been in the works for quite awhile. But, when I first heard about it, it wasn’t a product yet it was just a works in progress.

So over the last 8 to 12 months Mike has slowly put together a program and started a buzz on his own time schedule. That’s not to say he didn’t work hard on his program, but he didn’t rush it either.

So if every single package that he sells is from affiliates, (which it’s not.) and he only sold 1000 (Which he has already sold more. Today’s count he has 237 left out of 1500.) then Mike has made a minimum of $33,233.33 per month over the last year and he gets it in one lump sum now. This is on top of what he normally makes. Which I can tell you is a very sizable amount would make most people very happy. But, that doesn’t make any difference. He could be unemployed

So with out spending a fortune we can take home some very valuable information.

Let’s look at what we have learned so far. 1.	Don’t quit your day job. Mike continued doing what he always does. Day in and day out he has a routine promoting his other products and making a living the way he makes his living.:-)

2.	Take your time and create a product or package that is something that you can be proud of. If it takes you a year and you only make $10,000 per month. That wouldn’t be all bad.

3.	CREATE a BUZZZZ. I know that you may not be a big shot like Mike, but he wasn’t always a big shot either. And so what if you have to drive a new Cadillac instead of a Lamborghini. Create a buzz where ever you can forums, blogs and every other way you can think of. Get a basic website up that allows people to opt in for more information.

4.	DON’T QUIT!!! Can you imagine putting so much time into something and then quitting? What if Mike had said after 8 months “Forget this. I’ll never get it done.” As ridiculous as that sounds I have done it and I don’t know of a single person out there that hasn’t. This has cost me thousands of dollars. Not to mention over the years probably months and months of wasted time.

So I am not telling you not to buy Butterfly Marketing but perhaps the very biggest and most valuable lesson to be learned here is not from his package but from his actions.

Something that I learned in the military is to lead by example. Well, we have a number of leaders on the Internet that we can learn from just by watching what they do. Don’t pass up this valuable opportunity.

This is a series of 3 articles. In the next article we will take a look at how Mike’s affiliates handled their promotions, and why this is different from any other promotions that have been done online.
