While the subject of much controversy, several experts promote the famous Underground Hypnosis program and its ilk as powerful procedures. Employed to help treat emotional, mental, and physical complaints to say nothing of a potent communication technique, this style of mind control works upon the subject's subconscious to generate the outcome you're aiming for. As a result its uses can vary between the hilarious stunts you've seen on TV shows or in frat festivals and potent assistance for mental disorder or nicotine addiction.

While controversial, many experts promote the famous Underground Hypnosis program and its ilk as potent procedures. Put into action as therapy for emotional, physical, and mental troubles as well as a potent means of communication, this style of “mind control” affects the subject’s unconscious mind to get them to do what you prefer. In this way you can use hypnosis for both the comic tricks you’ve seen on TV shows or at frat parties and powerful treatment for smoking addiction. I do understand how this might seem somewhat unnerving, but the experts have it down to a science and create few if any problems.

conversational hypnosis similar to the approach being passed on via the Underground Hypnosis movement can be easily expressed as putting someone in a trance. You can typically take them so far into a trance state. How deeply the subject enters the trance is driven by factors like their emotional status, personality, and hypnotist’s ability. Unconsciously, as you begin a light trance, certain smaller muscle systems will untense. As the eyelids feel heavier than ever, lethargy will take hold and they’ll desire to sleep. As the hypnotist takes the subject deeper, the relaxation begins to spread to the shoulders and fingers. Often, this takes mere moments. A skilled practitioner can establish trance states deep enough that the only sound heard is that created by whoever has hypnotized them. When you reach this point, hypnotic suggestion comes in, establishing a route to the unconscious mind. When you guide your subject further into trance state, you’ll establish a point where they will be able to disregard pain, and discard bodily feeling. Powerful hallucinations slowly form the deeper they slide into a trance state, and after some time the subject will encounter a state like that found in anesthesia. It’s not unknown for this heightened hypnotic state to be used in place of anesthetic during medical procedures.

We shouldn’t need to remind you that you don’t require that depth, and Underground Hypnosis is more than enough for the more practical strata. Simply to to persuade someone to do what you’re asking, all that’s needed is for them to achieve one of the first two degrees of a trance state.

So look into the Underground Hypnosis system — you’ll be welcomed. By spending a short while reading and a little more time honing your technique, you’ll quickly become quite an excellent hypnotist. It’s really that easy — the common conceptions are wrong.

It's been at the forefront of a lot of controversy although, you need to understand, there's no shortage of experts out there who happily utilize black ops hypnosis. It's facile to refer to hypnosis as "mind control", however, because indeed the old adage about "mind over matter" holds true --- you can educate the subject easily and ameliorate, perhaps even treat, physical, emotional and of course mental complaints through the unconscious mind. What this means is that you can use it to create both the funny tricks broadcast on TV shows or at frat parties and intensive treatment for mental disorder or nicotine addiction. I can understand how this might disturb you, but savvy practitioners have it down to an art and cause effectively no issues...

Although controversial, several practitioners employ conversational hypnosis and programs such as underground hypnosis as strong procedures. It’s facile to designate hypnotic suggestion as “mind control”, however, for the much quoted saw about mind over matter is still true; you can easily communicate messages and ameliorate, or even treat, emotional, physical and of course mental troubles by use of the subconscious. You can add help to vanquish anxiety attacks or various addictions to any half remembered frat-party comic high-jinks. We can understand how this could appear somewhat unnerving, but experienced practitioners know just what they’re doing and produce few if any difficulties.

As is the case with the overwhelming majority of hypnotic schema, the intent of black ops hypnosis is to place someone into trance. The depth to which the person descends in a trance state, it should be noted, will be affected by their emotional status and personality.

Unconsciously, as you begin a mild trance, you’ll slacken your minor muscle systems. A desire to fall asleep seems to come as a result of this, and other muscles untensing may lead to drooping eyelids. You can see shoulders slump as a deeper trance engulfs them with surprising speed.

You can lead subjects down to trances deep enough that the only sensory input received is that coming from the hypnotist. Hypnotic suggestion comes into play from this point on. If you should you guide your subject further into trance, you’ll establish a point beyond which they can be helped to disregard pain, and suppress other sensations, even shut away memories. Beyond that lies hallucination; you can ultimately bring yourself to a state comparable to that found via anesthesia. It’s not unheard of for this kind of hypnotic state to be used during medical procedures. Conversational hypnosis such as the Underground Hypnosis program doesn’t go quite that far; but it hardly needs to. As it happens, when attempting the common goals of a hypnotist, you should only use the more common levels of trance state. Time now to explain that the power to do this can be conveyed to anybody who looks into Underground Hypnosis. How much time would this take, you wonder? No time at all — some speedy research, some time to hone the tricks uncovered, and quite quickly you’ll have quite the new talent. It really is as easy as that and nothing to worry about.

Many misconceptions besiege Freemasonry – frequently negative allegations of a network of professional people trading classified business deals, or yet more heinous suggestions. However, in reality Freemasonry is an edifying movement encouraging self-reformation and aiding other people. Freemasonry provides a chance for gentlemen to meet and enjoy friendly fellowship. Improving oneself is a primary facet of being a freemason. The Free Mason society furthers helping other people too, and charity is a concrete way in which Masons serve those.

An important aspect of the Free Mason society’s rules is not to look for new individuals to become members. However, any individual should feel free to talk to any Mason to find out more information about Freemasonry.

To be a member, you must be male, over eighteen years of age, and you should meet the standards of reputation and character, should be considered having strong moral character.

A male who wishes to become a member has to be recommended by 3 members of the lodge he wants to join. He has to acknowledge that his character will be looked into. Following commendation by the Masons, he will then be accepted as a candidate for membership in Freemasonry.

Masons oftentimes put on accessories like masonic cufflinks that casually identify their member status to other members while conveying the lodge they belong to.

Never in my lifetime would I have thought that I would endure hair loss. My hairline started receding shortly before my 30th birthday. I could not believe I was losing my hair. I even started losing hair on the rear of my head.

It was the first time in my life I felt that age has eventually caught up. I felt like the best years of my life were behind me. I even ceased seeing other people. My love life was nearly non-existent. There was one girl I had been dating casually and even though I liked her, I just stopped returning her phone calls. I realised that I hadn’t found the woman of my dreams with a full head of hair so there was no way I was going to find somebody with my growing bald spot. I was too deflated to even try having a loving relationship.

Hair loss taken a toll on me enormously, it transformed me from a confident person to a dismayed loner. I’veI have never been one to just sit back and let problems overwhelm me. I tried plenty of hair loss treatments that are available in the counter. I have tried every single treatment and solution available from the chemist, none of it worked. After that, I just stopped trying for a while. It was a real low point in my life. I even stopped going out with my friends, I was so gloomy.

As Luck Would Have It, one night a good friend of mine took me out for a few drinks. The first thing he observed about me was my mood, he knew that the hair loss has affected how I felt. He mentioned to me about the hair loss studio in the city. My friend had gone there for hair loss treatments and had been impressed with the results. I was even more impressed. I wouldn’t have thought that he had suffered from hair loss, he had a full head of hair. He made me promise to give them a try and I agreed.

I could not have been happier with the hair loss studio recommended to me. After just a few hair loss treatments, I had a full head of hair again. Hair Loss Studio did not just give me my hair back. They gave me my self-confidence back.

I have constantly been behind on my monthly budget with regular monthly bill and unforeseen expenses. My paycheck was already spent as soon as I got it. I got a lot of bills every month and put them off to the last minute, then did them all in a flush. As a result I ended up taking over money from the next paycheck just to make it through. The problem was not related to how much money I made, it’s that I didn’t know how to manage my budget. Worse yet, any emergency landed me even further in debt.

This situation is not unaccustomed for most of us. We try to control our spending and be careful with our money, but long before month-end, the money is spent. Paying bills is a juggling act that we don’t have the time or energy to handle. There’s always one bill that was disregarded or delayed, one more expense we weren’t prepared for. With school supplies and fees for the kids, groceries, new tires for the car, and the raising cost of petrol, just making it from paycheck to paycheck is difficult enough; saving money is out of the question. Meantime, debt is softly stacking up. I asked myself how I can get my budget under control?

I was lucky to have found a service which will help me manage my money more wisely and take away the tension of paying monthly bills, letting me concentrate on the things that really matter to my family. No more worrying over where the money will come from; I can finally relax, knowing that my finances are in good hands.

The financial planning process:
Usually during your initial consultation, your budget consultant will evaluate all of your present debts and monthly payments to come up with a program that works for you. They will manage your money, setting aside money for savings, emergencies, and long term investment, ensuring your family’s financial security. If you are planning a major purchase, this will be factored into your budget so that when you are ready to buy, the money will be there for you.

Your paychecks are usually deposited to your financial planner, and a separate account is set up for your living expenses. Bills and repayments are diverted to your budgeting consultant for payment. There is a chance that your consultant can lower your monthly payments and reduce your outstanding debt by negotiating with creditors. A affordable monthly fee is assessed for all these services.

For me, the greatest monthly service my budget specialist provides is peace of mind. No more hassle with bill payment; I know my bills will be paid on time, and that I’ll have money in reservation for life’s little emergencies. My budget is finally under control, thanks to my financial planning service.

I eschew drama, but without a date, I get pretty lonely. Get this, yesterday I devoured what seemed like a pound of bacon. To ease the pain while being single, duh! You better believe it was great. What does this mean? Well, that’s the moment when I honestly considered meeting new singles in North Dallas.

Nothing that can’t be fixed. I’ll ease back into dating with Great Expectations Denver Dating Service. And it sounds like a plan. The reason I mention my dating woes: While eating corn on the cob at little Brent’s Easter egg hunt in Denver two weeks ago, Jim had to know if I’ve bumped into the woman I’m going to marry. They sure have nerve. I laughed and spit out, “that’s none of your business.”

There’s nowhere to hide when The Old Tooter (aka: grandpa) kept pressing me about true relationships. I quipped to the family gang: “Hey look, what do you know about dating?”

Guess what? They all laughed at me. Perturbed, I went to the gym because the dating pressure was too much. But I couldn’t get it out of my head! I didn’t learn a thing. Chuck, who wrote to me from Egypt, recommended that I enlist in Great Expectations. I said, “That would do the trick.” Should have thought of it myself. I especially enjoy the singles at Great Expectations Dallas.

Early on, meeting new singles through dating services was kinda foreign to me. I showed up already a little anxious, that I noticed I wore mismatched socks by accident. A mere slip up could not stop the evening. The evening was a happy hour not to forget. The one cool thing that really struck me were the many enjoyable people I met, all available singles.

I started going to these amazing Dallas singles nights with Great Expectations, I bumped into a handful of marvelous guys and gals who certainly share a like-minded spirit when talking about real-world dating. Don’t know why I ever let my family give me a hard time about being single. Astoundingly enough, dating right the Great Expectations way is a good time and a remarkably refreshing dating experience.

Here’s a fun little experiment to start this column:

take a few seconds and look around you, noticing and focusing on everything you see that is blue. Just look around and notice everything that is blue.

Just work with me here.

Now close your eyes, and tell me every thing you noticed that is green.

Threw you a bit of a curve ball there, didn’t I? If you are like most folks, you were expecting me to ask you to name everything that was blue. Instead I asked for green, something different from that which you were focused on.

Now here’s an interesting fact from the world of race car driving. As I understand it, when new drivers are learning how to race, one of the very first things they are taught is what to focus on when they go into a spin. The natural tendency is to focus on the wall they are trying to avoid hitting, and they usually wind up hitting the wall. Instead they are taught to focus not on the wall, but to focus on where they want to go. In this way, they have a better chance of avoiding the wall and successfully getting out of the spin.

The incredible power of focus in our lives

Where we place our focus, the rest of our mind and emotions will follow. In the exercise, we learned that we only notice what we focus on. In the racing example, we learned that we tend to end up where we are focused.

“So how do we learn how to do this focus stuff?” you ask. One of the quickest ways to begin to strengthen your focus muscles is to practice the 5%/95% rule. That means to focus no more than 5% on what you don’t want and 95% on what you do want.

Focus 5% on what you fear 95 % on getting educated and skilled to face it

Did you know that we all have fears? Even those that appear to not fear anything. The trick is not to have no fear, but to work at becoming strong and skilled enough to face and conquer your fears.

Focus 5% on the problem 95% on the healthiest solution

Often it’s easy to get caught in the endless definition and re-definition of a problem. “What’s the problem?” is the wrong question. A better question would be “How many new and different solutions can we create?”

Remember, problems have solutions.

Focus 5% on the mistake 95 % on learning from it

A mistake is simply evidence that someone tried to accomplish something.

There’s a wonderful story about a new employee of a large corporation that makes a $10,000 mistake in his first week. Upon being called into the CEO’s office at the end of the day, he tells his boss that he realizes he has to fire him and that he is sorry for the mistake. To which the CEO replies, “Fire you? No way, I just spent $10,000 training you.” I bet he became a loyal and valuable employee.

Focus 5% on who to blame 95% on making sure to heal

Getting stuck in blame sets you up to “be – lame.” Focusing on healing allows you to move on with your life.

Focus 5% on the conflict 95% on the win-win-win resolution

Conflict, especially in families, does not always have to be a win – lose situation. In any conflict, each side has needs. The question is what kind of solution can be found that meets as many of each person’s needs as possible.

Focus 5% on what you must do 95% on enjoying the process of it

“I have to” – “I’ve got to” – “I wish I didn’t have to” are all phrases that focus on having to do things we don’t want to do. Better words that shift your focus would be “How can I get all this done and enjoy the process?” Or in the words of psychiatrist Sidney Freidman on M*A*S*H, “Ladies and gentleman, take my advice, pull down your pants, and slide on the ice.”

Finally, and probably most importantly…………….

Focus 5% on reading this 95% on applying it

Does your mind sometimes feel like a television station you can’t quite tune in? You know there’s an interesting program on – or several, but everything is mixed with static. What if you could “tune in” at will, have clear thinking whenever you want it? Try some of the following.

Ten Clear Thinking Techniques And Tips

1. Take a walk. Science will eventually prove this to be a great way to improve the quality of your thinking, but don’t wait for the proof. Aren’t there enough other reasons to take a walk anyhow?

2. Stay away from sugar. If you want to understand what brain fog is, eat a sugary donut on an empty stomach, then do math problems twenty minutes later. What you will experience, along with the “sugar blues,” is brain fog. At least lay off sugar and simple carbohydrates when you need to think clearly.

3. Organized space means clear thinking. It’s rare that a person can actually work better in clutter. Organised working space means you won’t have the thought “where is that…” distracting your mind.

4. Get better sleep. Sleep requirements vary, but the minimum for most is somewhere around five hours. Some suffer if they sleep less than eight hours. The research, however, indicates that after a certain minimum quantity, the quality of sleep is more important to normal brain function.

5. Try meditating. No time? Just close your eyes, relax, and watch your breath for a while. Accept that your mind will wander, but continually return your attention to your breath. Five minutes of this, and afterwards you’ll feel a boost in your brainpower.

6. Resolve your “mind irritations.” Watch your busy brain. Maybe a call you need to make has been bothering you, just below consciousness. Find these stressors, and do something to let them go. For example, make that call, or put it on a list, and your mind will let go of it for now. Just seeing a problem and saying, “There’s nothing I can do about this until Friday,” will often stop unconscious worrying.

7. Don’t drink alcohol. At least don’t drink too much. While moderate amounts can be conducive to creative thinking, all the evidence says that it is bad for the long-term health of your brain.

8. Make decisions quickly. Nothing gets in the way of clear thinking like a dozen decisions hanging around unmade. If nothing else, decide when you’ll make the decision.

9. Get some fresh air. Go outside and breath deeply through your nose. You’ll get a good dose of oxtgen to your brain, and the change of surroundings can help clear your mind.

10. Satisfy your physical needs. Clear thinking is easier if you aren’t too hungry, thirsty, or hot.

You can think more clearly starting today. There are certainly more than ten ways, but you really only need to make a few of them a habit to have a more powerful brain. Why not try one or two right now?

If you really want to do something
you will always find a way.
But if you don’t want to do it,
you will almost always find excuses.

The easiest way to combat fear is by facing your fears. Look for positive
approaches to accomplish your goal. If you want to
start a business, attend a meeting at the Better Business Bureau. Read some
national magazines like “Income Opportunities” or “Spare Time.”
Start reading the business section of your newspaper. Subscribe to some ezines
that discuss how to run your own business. Gather some ideas
and do a little reading before actually jumping into a business. Surely
you can find some spare time to read.

Also, begin associating yourself with people who are in their own business
already. If you’re afraid to go out and make new friends, attend local
business-related seminars in your community. Start watching television
shows that are related to business. You’ll eventually find people to
associate with who know others and you’ll be the part of a new crowd -
the motivating ones!

FEAR is always your enemy. Look at it this way: If you never try,
FEAR wins by 100%. However, if you do try, FEAR only has a chance of
winning by 50%. If you needed a place to live and only had $10 to your
name would you allow FEAR to win and make you homeless? No, most of us
would find a job or borrow the money to have a roof over our heads! FEAR
is the root of failure, depression and lifelong problems. Are you going
to let FEAR ruin your life?

FEAR also will cause you to lose out on many other things in life.
If you FEAR the boss at work is going to fire you _ it will naturally
be on your mind day in and day out. It will eventually wear you down and
you will begin making mistakes on the job. You will also get depressed
and build up resentments that may have never been there in the first place.
Facing FEAR head on is the best way to combat it. If you think the boss
is going to fire you _ go up and ask him. It takes guts, but isn’t it better
than putting yourself through many months of agonizing torture? Are you
full of so much FEAR to even ask him because you think it will trigger
him to say “yes” when he might not have been considering it at all? Believe
me _ asking a boss “if” they are thinking about firing you will put you
in no different position than you are now. In fact _ it will have the
opposite effect. The boss will more than likely respect you for your
candidness and ability to face FEAR head-on.

Is FEAR holding you back from a lot of things? Are you afraid to confront
people and tell them how you really feel? Do you smile in their face and
talk about them behind their back? What’s so hard about being truthful
but using tact? Doesn’t it get rid of FEAR and solve many problems?

Complaining is also an act that emotionally drains you and goes
hand-in-hand with FEAR. In fact, FEAR is normally the root of any complaint.

People don’t want to admit their FEAR so they will complain to release some
tension. This is a crazy merry-go-round! Instead of complaining, try to find
ways to solve the problem. Don’t let FEAR keep you trapped in the RAT RACE!

When the Universe is aligned, all things are possible.
Kismet, Karma, Synchronicity and Serendipity work together in unison to provide for us when we sometimes least expect it. Often it is there, but we are too blind to see. Blinded by stress, our jobs, our finances or our illnesses, we often miss what is right there in front of us.

If you are searching for something, wishing or dreaming for a certain reality, the Universe will open to you―if you are open to it. Patience and faith are an integral part to getting where you want to be. You may believe it is the right time, right place, but the Universe knows best.

There once was a young girl who dreamed to be a published writer. Every day she wrote, every week she sent out query letters and samples of her work, only to be rejected repeatedly. Eventually she gave up on her dream…her faith had died and her patience had dwindled into nothingness.
Many years later, she realized that she was still a writer―nothing more, nothing less. Every job she had acquired had developed her writing abilities and skills. And her soul yearned once more to be what she most desired―a published author. This time, she sent out inquiries, investigated the field using skills she had learned in the last twenty years. She utilized the Internet and researched the markets, publishing companies and numerous sites.

Then she began to write the novel that had been ‘haunting’ her for two years. Within six weeks, she had a publisher, and within just over three months, her novel was complete. It was published shortly afterward. Success!

Some people have asked her: “Why now? Why were you published now?”

When I was younger, the Universe knew that I had talent but that it needed to be developed by experience. Reading my past works, I agree with the Universe.

How could I write about death when I had not experienced death? How could I write about loss when I had never lost anyone dear to me? How could I write about love when I had only experienced teenage infatuation, not the kind of love that would make you sacrifice everything―even your life?

The Universe knew the exact moment that I was meant to return to my passion of writing. The plan was there all along―I just simply couldn’t see it. But I was led to a friend who did see it, who encouraged me and inspired me to write a story that needed to be told. It would not have been the same story if told years ago before I was ready, and before the Universe was ready for me.

Now I am ready! My time has come!

The Universe aligns itself in such a way that impossible is made possible. Just as a baker requires proper ingredients, carefully measured, and the correct temperature, we must sometimes wait for everything to be ‘measured and correct’ before we see the ultimate plan. Patience and faith! If we have both, great things can be achieved. The alignment of the Universe may take months…or years. But guard yourself against allowing the opportunity to slip through your fingers. Keep yourself focussed, be persistent and above all, have faith.
When the Universe is aligned for you, you do not want to miss it.

When there is Universal alignment, ANYTHING is possible!
